Hi all, I recently flew Southwest Airlines O'Hare International Airport and was actually impressed. Check-in was a breeze – self-service kiosks were no problem, and the attendants around them were very friendly and willing to assist. The gate itself was tidy and not too packed, which was not what I was anticipating for an airport that huge. Boarding was typical Southwest – open seating, speedy, and efficient. Our flight departed right on schedule, and the staff on board had fantastic energy (and, hey, they were even funny when making announcements, which made flying more pleasant).
