Hello! Flying alone this trip, I took United from Munich and was actually quite impressed with the United Airlines MUC Terminal. The design is straightforward and easy to navigate, and I never had a problem locating the check-in area. The self-check kiosks were seamless, and when assistance was needed in printing out a bag tag, an agent immediately approached with a smile. The terminal maintained a peaceful, professional demeanor. United employees were friendly and polite in answering my boarding questions. An excellent experience for anyone departing Munich!
