I’m Saul Zenkevicius, founder of Z Equity Group and a Commercial Real Estate investor with over 20 years of experience. I’ve developed a $100M+ portfolio, managed 1.2M+ sq. ft., and completed more than 200 principal deals alongside 2,000 brokered transactions.
My mission is to build sustainable CRE investments while mentoring others to achieve their goals. Based in Chicago, I’m a husband, father of three, and endurance athlete—competing in triathlons and Ironmans around the globe.
