Hello! My Alaska Airlines EWR Terminal was great. The terminal seemed newer and cleaner than I had anticipated at Newark. Alaska personnel were welcoming and courteous, with easy check-in. Security wasn't bad, either, and there were obvious directions all over. I liked the ease of charging stations at the gate and reasonable food choices. Boarding was timely, and gate agents were quick and concise with directions. Overall atmosphere was relaxed, and I never felt harassed or perplexed. Alaska is doing a wonderful job flying out of this terminal—smooth sailing all the way!
