The original Ujjaini Sev by The Malwa Story brings you the authentic taste of MP Sev, made in small batches from our kitchen in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh, following the traditional recipe. We use no maida, artificial colours, flavours, or preservatives. Our sev is made up of only besan and traditional spices, which give it the right crunch and taste for which the MP sev is known. Our sev goes well with all meals. Put it on top of your poha or in your sandwich for breakfast. You can use it to make sev tamatar ki sabzi for lunch or just eat it as a side dish with rice or chapati. It goes perfectly with your tea and also as an evening snack when mixed with parmal (puffed rice).
