Among the airline offices I've interacted with in Etihad Airways Kuwait Office is by far the best. Everything about the establishment is excellent, from the kind staff to the welcoming waiting space to the timely medical care. I recently had a problem with a damaged bag from a flight, and they assisted me in making a claim with no having any issues. Being handled efficiently and with respect is a wonderful change. Bravo to the team!
